What should be done before SuperMaids arrive?

We would appreciate that all clothing and items are picked up before we arrive.

Do I need to be home for a maid service to take place?

No. You can simply leave a key in a designated area or meet us at your scheduled visit to allow us into your home.

What is SuperMaids payment policy?

Payments are due when the maid arrives.

How is SuperMaids a green company?

We work hard to keep you and your family safe from harsh chemicals. All chemicals are diluted and used in a reusable container.  You can also request we use all natural ingredients for your home.

Do I supply the cleaning products?

SuperMaids supply all cleaning supplies and equipment that is necessary to clean your home.

How does SuperMaids accommodate every customer?

We create a cleaning arrangement for every customer to make sure the job is done right.

What if I need to cancel a maid service?

We ask you call us a day in advance.

Supermaids availability and frequency?

We are open for service 7 days a week 7am-7pm., but we can accommodate to fit your schedule.

Are we bonded and insured?

Yes. We can provide documentation upon request. All maids are background checked to ensure your safety.

How often is maid services performed?

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly services are available.
